Maintain clean kitchen by removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, filtering fryers, cleaning hood vents and drains, and washing dishes, pots, pans. Assist and work with other kitchen cleaners and staff performing general cleaning of kitchen areas and maintain a neat and clean work environment following HACCP standards and health codes. Other duties as assigned by managers and chefs.
Must be able to communicate verbally with colleagues and managers; must be able to follow written instructions; must be able to routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs; must have the ability to work in a fast-paced customer service oriented environment.
