Manage calendars for Executive Director for Student Affairs, Associate Director, and Director of Partnerships. (20% time, essential function)

Support the Office of Student Affairs main office by greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, providing event staff support, ordering supplies, etc. (20% time, essential function)

Coordinate logistics (room reservations, catering, response management, etc.) for meetings and events. (10% time, essential function)

Arrange staff travel for Executive Director and Director of Partnerships. (5% time, essential function)

Coordinate the travel advance process for individual students and organizations (requests, documentation, and reconciliation). (10% time, essential function)

Reconcile p-cards for Executive Director and Associate Director of Student Affairs. (5% time, essential function)

Provide administrative support for the student organization funding allocations process. (10% time, essential function)

Contribute to the compliance oversight of the Working with Minors university policy, including background checks and communications. (10% time, essential function)

Manage daily email correspondence for Office of Student Affairs. (5% time, essential function)

Perform other duties as assigned to support the Office of Student Affairs. (5% time, essential function)

Required Qualifications*

Bachelors degree; experience providing professional administrative support; strong written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail; confidence in managing multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced office; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and survey tools; ability to represent the College of Engineering and the Office of Student Affairs with a strong, student-centered ethic.
