Duties include menu creation, production of hot and cold food items. Consistently check ingredients for accuracy, quality, quantity, and visual presentation. Work with local purveyors to order fresh, quality ingredients. Operate and properly maintain, clean, and sanitize our kitchen and equipment, including but not limited to slicers, steamers, robot coupe, ovens, grills, microwaves, etc.. Understand and follow health code regulations at all times for maintaining proper food temperatures, including temperatures for holding, reheating, and serving food safely. Utilize organizational skills to prioritize several tasks at once, including the simultaneous preparation of multiple menu items during high volume meal times.
Employment dates for this position are between May 18 - August 16, 2017. Position is full time, 40 hours per week. Please indicate your availability (whole length of position or only a portion) in your cover letter.
Jackson Hole, Wyoming (most provide own transportation to and from Wyoming). Room and board provided.
