Answer phone, act as receptionist. Computer schedule BI (Breast Imaging) clinical and research patients. Gather information, obtain patient paperwork, and create patient files. Prepare daily case information and tabulate data. Assemble and file image data. Sign out image data and ensure following of protocols.
High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience; one to three years’ experience in a public contact setting; responsible office experience required, preferable in a medical setting.
Working knowledge of medical terminology. Basic computer skills. 2 years’ work experience in an office setting. Excellent customer service skills.
