The Economics Department at the University of Michigan-Flint seeks to hire a Lecturer I to teach up to two sections of ECN 201 (Principles of Macroeconomics) and/or ECN 202 (Principles of Microeconomics). The appointment is for the Fall 2017 semester, but is potentially renewable for the Winter semester based on departmental need.
Minimum salary for this position is $3,413 per course section.
- Master’s Degree in Economics
- Experience in teaching introductory courses at the college level
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
