Responsibilities*

Production/Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Marketing and Annual Giving
 
50% Marketing Production Support
Maintain department archives of completed projects.
 
Coordinate and expedite small in-house Marketing & Annual Giving projects.
 
Manage department photography needs: research and source photographers; manage communication and billing; intake, organize, and tag photos.
 
Manage and track in-house inventory as needed.
 
50% Administrative Support
Meet departmental administrative support needs including calendaring, meeting preparation, report support, expense reporting, meeting set-up,  and small project in-house production.
 
Participate in ongoing stewardship of donor inquiries and concerns using a donor-centric approach.
 
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills; spelling, grammar and punctuation
Ability to gather, classify, categorize, and readily retrieve information to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential materials and situations with sensitivity and discretion
Experience and skill with Word and Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A great can-do attitude
