The University of Michigan-Flint Physical Therapy Department is seeking applications to fill a temporary position in support of the Associate Director of Clinical Education. The employee's primary responsibility is to review and assist in negotiation of clinical education contracts and interpret clinical education site contracts relative to implementation per Commission on Accreditation for Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) and program requirements. Visit clinical education sites to monitor implementation of contract requirements. Additionally, review student's Clinical Performance Instruments (CPI) for appropriate completion and relationship to CAPTE criteria.
Graduate of CAPTE (or its equivalent) Accredited Professional Preparation Program in Physical Therapy
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
3 years experience as an Associate Director/Director for Clinical Education
