The University of Michigan-Flint’s Department of Art and Art History seeks a part-time, Lecturer I in Art Therapy, beginning Winter, 2018. Responsibilities include teaching the Art Therapy Introductory Course, ART 105 online. Minimum salary for this position is $3,413 per course section.
Minimum qualifications include a M.A. or M.S. in Art Therapy or in Art Education with coursework in Psychology (Ph.D. in Art Therapy/Creative Arts Therapies, Psychology or related field preferred). Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated vision, enthusiasm, and leadership are essential.
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
