The University of Michigan-Flint Physical Therapy Department is seeking applicants for a Lecturer I for the 2017 spring/summer semester (May-July) as the primary instructor for PTP 676 Evidenced-Based Plan of Care in Musculoskeletal Practice (online course).

"Estimated salary for position is approximately $4,340 for teaching one online course.
The LEO faculty member for PTP 676 Evidence-Based Plan of Care in Musculoskeletal Practice will be responsible for conducting lectures for this course and create and administer written exams and assignments and assign and enter final grades. The expertise of the LEO faculty member will be utilized in meeting course objectives for modules related to advances in evidence based application of physical therapy plan of care including interventions for adult based movement.
"This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment."
- Graduate of a CAPTE accredited (or its equivalent) professional Physical Therapy program.
- Currently licensed as a physical therapist in the State of Michigan or eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Master’s degree required.
- 36 months of full time (or equivalent) post-licensure clinical experience with contemporary expertise in physical therapy related to advances in evidence based application of physical therapy plan of care including interventions for adult based movement.
DPT or higher degree preferred.
Member of APTA preferred
Online teaching experience preferred
