- Provide leadership and governance for use and support of the Temp Trak software system for effective management and coordination between all various clinical departments using the system, Facilities support services, and HITS support services. Develop use policies and train new system users. Act as primary system access administrator.
- Responsible for network security compliance for all Facilities owned devices. Coordinate with HITS, Facilities teams, and IT Service Providers for coordination, uptime maximization, and issue resolution.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for Facilities applications supporting maintenance and operations service delivery.
- Author and maintain IT-centric documentation and device inventory, application specific policies and procedures for Facilities systems.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline and 5+ years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
