Responsibilities*

The Department of Student Involvement and Leadership is seeking energetic, motivated graduate students for two Student Services Assistant positions. 

Position 1:  This person will assist with the implementation of leadership and student activities programming, promoting engagement through evening and weekend activiites, while also providing support to student organizations.  This includes the implementation of welcome events, student organization and leadership trainings, and other programming.  Position will also provide support for Mgagement (OrgSync) software.  Program planning includes making catering and room arrangements, ordering supplies, etc.

Position 2:  This person will assist with implementation of leadership, activities programming, and promoting engagement with a particular focus on Fraternity and Sorority Life.  Position will meet and support three councils including Interfraternity Council, National Panhellenic Council, and College Panhellenic Council.  Program planning includes making catering, room reservations, ordering supplies, etc.

Required Qualifications*

Graduate student enrolled in a higher education, student personnel services, student affairs or similar program.

Self-motivated individual with attention to detail.

Experience in programming, Greek life, or student organization involvement (could be during undergraduate experience).

Computer literate and proficient in using social media.

Candidates must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

Desired Qualifications*

At least one year of experience in a student actiivies area and/or student organizations, as well as program coordination (could be as an undergraduate)

Experience with OrgSync program
