The Northville Health Center is an Ambulatory Care facility comprised of clinical and diagnostic services, dedicated to providing high quality health care services for adults and children. We are currently seeking a licensed Athletic Trainer with sports medicine experience to join our interdisciplinary musculoskeletal team. This is a Clinic – Outreach Athletic Trainer position. Duties will be split between Clinic and Outreach high school (75% clinical; 25% high school during school year. 100% clinical during summer). The Athletic Trainer is responsible for delivering direct patient care within a team approach (in conjunction with physical therapist and associated personnel) in outpatient sports medicine setting.
This position can be filled after the initial 7 day posting period.
Bachelor’s Degree or Post Baccalaureate Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited college or university athletic training program or equivalent is required. Must be certified with NATABOC and licensed with the State of Michigan. Must have current CPR and first aid certification.
High school outreach and sports medicine clinical experience.
Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
Varied hours due to clinical and outreach responsibilities, based on high school athletic department schedule.
