Prepare, send and transport specimens to designated areas. Receive and sort specimens. Process and perform clinical order entry for laboratory specimens. Perform result entry. Centrifuge and aliquot specimens and deliver to appropriate laboratory.
HS diploma or equivalent education and experience. Previous computer experience. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse team environment.
Additional courses beyond high school desirable. Previous experience in a clinical laboratory desirable. Some knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in a laboratory is desirable.
