Job Summary

ORGANIZATIONAL STUDIES AND PSYCHOLOGY.  Pending authorization, the Interdisciplinary Program in Organizational Studies and the Department of Psychology at the University of Michigan solicit applications for a tenure track assistant professorship to begin September 1, 2018.  This is a university-year appointment.  Excellence in research and teaching is essential.  We seek scholars who bring a psychological perspective to the study of organizations and organizational behavior in both their research and teaching.  The area of research is open, and candidates may include psychologists whose work has direct or indirect implications for organizational behavior. Examples topics include attitudes, culture, decision-making, diversity, emotion, morality and ethical behavior, motivation, trust, interpersonal relationships, group processes, or other research areas relevant to organizations and organizational behavior.
