Design, develop, enhance, implement, and maintain complex online and batch applications,
workflow processes, web services, reports, queries, and application interfaces for the
PeopleSoft Campus Solutions ERP application using PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Approval
Workflow Engine, SQR, PL/SQL, shell scripts and other tools. Development and support of
PeopleSoft ERP Campus Solutions web and batch applications. Lead service enhancement
projects, including taking projects from request through implementation and release. Perform
project management, including task organization, resourcing, and time estimates. Assign tasks,
direct the process of development, and ensure procedures and standards are followed. Provide
production support, including problem analysis and resolution, on-call support, job scheduling,
monitoring, tuning, and end-user support. Collaborate with various groups (customers, help
desk, technical infrastructure) to identify and resolve application issues. Collaborate with
business systems analysts to determine requirements and assist in identifying and documenting
appropriate solutions to meet business needs. Interpret business requirements and author
technical designs using standardized application development methodologies and deliverables. Conduct design and code reviews. Apply vendor-provided software updates, including impact analysis and reapplication of customized code using PeopleSoft Change Assistant and related
tools. Develop and executes test plans to support infrastructure and software updates,
upgrades, and releases. Maintain appropriate documentation, including release plans, status
reports, and change logs. Follow established standards, methodologies, and control processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related + 2 years of related IT
experience in systems analysis, design, development and support (using procedural or object-
oriented programming languages) of a PeopleSoft and/or Banner ERP system in a University
