Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant Senior provides broad administrative support for Cardiac Surgery Advance Practice Team, Cardiology Pediatric Advance Practice team and Peds Cardiology Clinical Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities*

*Biweekly and Monthly Payroll (Onestaff and MPathways)
*HR/FMLA processing
*Tuition, travel & hosting reimbursement
*Monitor CME funds
*Credentialing & re-credentialing/Licensing updates & renewals
*Schedule Interstage RV appointments
*Maintain on-call and paging schedule
*Scheduling
*Maintain Personnel Blue folders
*Purchasing supply orders
*Travel/hosting expense reports & CSR billing
*Purchase supply orders
*Daily Administrative duties as assigned by the area manager/supervisor

Required Qualifications*

Under general direction, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests and determining complex trends. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and more than four years of experience. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.

Desired Qualifications*

Prefer an Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary. Computer skills including Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel spreadsheets, and web skills, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial experience are necessary. Demonstrated excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service skills.
