How to Apply

Responsibilities*

Conduct University Choir (large choir comprised primarily of undergraduate vocal performance and choral music education majors); conduct Men’s Glee Club (large and renowned male chorus comprised primarily of non-music majors).  Other areas of conducting and teaching may include undergraduate choral conducting, choral conducting for graduate non-conducting majors and advanced undergraduate students, graduate choral literature, graduate score study, and other duties consistent with the candidate’s interests and expertise.  Participate in faculty governance responsibilities and service-related activities for the department, school and University.

Required Qualifications*

Established reputation as conductor and teacher, doctorate in choral conducting or equivalent professional experience.
