Job Summary

Designs, builds, deploys, and maintains web pages for the department. Specify, improve, and implement the look, feel, and function of online projects. Requires strong navigation and site-design instincts. Knowledge of Internet/Intranet, SharePoint, Drupal, social media platforms, Javascript, HTML, standard graphics applications, web-based programming languages, and tools and technologies is essential.

Responsibilities*

Create, develop, and manage internal SharePoint site; map the flow of the site, design the environment for optimal use, create workflows, manage permissions, etc.
Setup, maintain, post and monitor social media for department; provide guidance and training to users.
Customize department external Drupal site.
Responsible for managing and performing websites and social media editorial activities including gathering, writing and researching information that enhances the value of the site.

Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelor degree in Fine Arts or graphic design or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 to 3 years experience in SharePoint, Drupal, social media platforms, web design
  • Knowledge of internet/intranet, WWW, HTML, JavaScript, standard graphics applications, web-based programming languages, tools and technologies, and other design-related applications is essential.
  • Requires strong navigation and site-design instincts.
