Job Summary

To lead and execute all overseas and US marketing activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality marketing communications material and work closely with a global network of colleagues to deliver on the agreed marketing communication strategy.

Responsibilities*

  • Implement, analyze and evaluate digital marketing campaigns, making effective use of digital portals; analyzing digital analytics and making recommendations for the most effective use of digital marketing tools.
  • As a member of the business development and marketing team, help in the planning of the 5 year business plan. Ensure that what has been agreed in the plan has been implemented. Evaluate and report the effectiveness of the implementation.
  • Manage marketing communications by ensuring the website, monthly newsletters, communications for stakeholders, communications with test centers and local advertising are effectively used, up-to-date and cost effective.
  • Ensure marketing collateral meets marketing requirements by analyzing marketing analytics.
  • Drafting product briefing documents, press releases and other communications to communicate benefits of our language tests to external stakeholders and general public.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholder Relationships team regarding external events; supporting centers in the organization of events and regional meetings.
  • Recommend, manage and maintain business development software systems for use with branding, marketing campaigns and other marketing and communication activities.
  • Manage staff reports, through continually building and enhancing communication, teamwork, professional development, and core skills among the team.

Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Competent in standard IT software packages, including CRM (eg. Salesforce), Google Analytics and Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work with stakeholders – internal and external
  • Experience working in a marketing and communications role
  • Experience working with internal creative teams or outside agencies
  • Working knowledge of InDesign and Wordpress

Desired Qualifications*

  • Master’s degree in marketing and communications or related field
  • Solution oriented
  • Intercultural awareness – second language ability advantageous
  • Ability to copyedit, write press releases, and other PR texts
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Digital Marketing Analytics or Marketing Automation Systems
  • Experience leading projects including ability to effectively drive multiple projects through to completion
