Job Summary

Direct supervision of the Call Center Representatives that fall under manager's responsibility, supervise day to day operations, evaluates and coordinates workflow/activities to achieve expected volume. Monitors calls/activities as necessary to ensure that performance standards are being met.  Work collaboratively with Division Managers/Supervisor.  Work with other departments to train them on basic scheduling for Radiology.  Any projects initiated by Manager and/or Upper Administration.  Work collaboratively with MiChart teams.  Act as This is the first level of full supervision. 

Responsibilities*

-Interview, hire, orient, train and develop new staff.

-Review hours of operation, staffing hours, number of employees needed, and workflow.

-Report payroll and monitor attendance records, including overtime and unscheduled time off.

-Address HR concerns including discipline and medical leaves, while maintaining proper documentation, participate in the resolution of employee complaints and grievances, and respond to inquiries and complaints from customers and staff.

-Prepare several monthly statistical reports.

-Quality assurance phone monitoring/activities as necessary to ensure that performance standards are being met.

-Initiate requests for repair to equipment and building issues.

-Initiate requests for computer and phone changes.

-Initiate changes for division schedules in Cadence.

- Order supplies through Wolverine Access.

-Mentor call center representatives

Required Qualifications*

Must be able to multi-task and work independently.  Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.  Experience in performing office duties, including computer knowledge is necessary.

Desired Qualifications*

Bachelor Degree preferred.  Experience in Radiology and/or University of Michigan Health Systems is preferred.  Experience with Cadence and ASPECT Reporting is preferred.  Previous supervision or leadership experience is preferred.
