The primary responsibility of the Laboratory Assistant will be assisting in teaching labs. This may include answering student questions and providing guidance with laboratory exercises in addition to some prep work and proper clean up at the end of each laboratory session.
Successful completion of the UM-F Biology lab in which you'll be assisting.
Currently students are needed to assist in the following labs at the listed days and times:
BIO 111 01 Tuesday 9:45am-12:15pm
BIO 113 01 Wednesday 8:45am-11:15am
BIO 113 02 Wednesday 11:45am-2:15pm
Department lab safety training must be completed prior to start. To be considered for this position you must include detailed availability as a separate document with application. Must be dependable.
