Act as a facilitator with student issues, concerns & registration using the available technology; assist faculty, staff and public at the front counter and on the phones using various software and database systems. Prepare and mail transcripts and verifications. Process National Student Clearinghouse verification inquiries. Process Declaration or Change of Major requests. Assist other Registrar staff with special projects.

Maintain and order office supplies/forms/paper. Maintain procedures manual for front counter area. Prepare online facilities management/printing/ITS work orders as needed. Sort mail. ImageNow scanning and second verification of scanned docs. Assist with the supervision of work study students. Assist with maintenance of Registrar website.

Record maintenance and data entry. Balance and deposit checks taken for transcript and diploma requests.

Assist with special projects, including but not limited to, commencement tasks, RSVP lists, order supplies, prepare ceremony instructions, process tickets and parking passes, special mailings, and Enrollment Management projects. Work at commencement twice/year.

Required Qualifications*

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; and two to four years of relevant office and customer service experience.

Demonstrated computer skills with experience in database systems required.

Demonstrated strong customer service skills, adaptability to change, detail-oriented with good proof-reading skills.

Demonstrated strong organizational and problem-solving skills; demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
