A research fellow position is available in the department of Pharmacology at the University of Michigan Medical School. We are looking for motivated and innovative individuals to join and lead research projects in protein evolution, engineering, and drug development; and the structure-function studies of cytochrome P450 enzymes. The laboratory is fully equipped with advanced molecular biological, biochemical, and biophysical techniques to address fundamental questions with major biomedical significance.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. with a strong background in enzymology and drug metabolism.
Protein engineering and cytochrome P450 enzymes experience are desired.
The position is based on funding availability and compensation is commensurate with applicant’s experience.
