Provide responsible administrative support to professional staff. Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, maintain calendars and reconcile monthly credit card statements. Manage and distribute incoming mail. Manage & save reports, legal and tax documents, and amendments. Provide secondary support to the Receptionist by answering and routing telephone calls and greet visitors. Create new files and maintain existing files. Maintain address database.

Required Qualifications*

High school diploma or an equivalent education is necessary. Two to five years experience in performing responsible office duties is necessary. Experience with Google email and calendar, Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel, is necessary. Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively, ability to take initiative, and ability to interact effectively with staff and visitors is necessary. Knowledge of M-Pathways financial system, University policies, procedures and regulations is desired.
