The applicant will become an integral member of a successful lab group studying inflammation and immunology. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to perform experiments using a variety of state of the art techniques involving cell cultures and in vitro assays.
Provides a wide variety of moderately complex to complex technical lab support for a research facility. Assists in evaluating lab methods, procedures, techniques based on established objectives, and work with mouse models. Provides assistance in manipulating, computing, and analyzing data using complex statistical computer software. Performs library research. Assists in instructing a laboratory academic section in lab methods, procedures and safety.
Education and Experience: Relevant Bachelors of Science degree and 2 to 3 years of related experience. Under FLSA, incumbents in this position are nonexempt.
