The University of Michigan-Flint School of Management is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Lecturer I position to teach courses in the area of Management, for the Fall 2018/Winter 2019 semesters.  The preferred candidates would have an established record of academic qualifications in Management, with a history of or potential for teaching excellence.  Expected to teach in the classroom and in online undergraduate courses on Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and possibly other undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the area of Management.

Required Qualifications*

Prospective candidates should minimally possess an MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline.  A doctoral degree is preferred.  Strong communication skills are needed.  Preference will be given to those with strong professional experience and to those demonstrating a history of teaching excellence in the discipline.
