Job Summary

A postdoctoral position is available as part of an ongoing collaboration between the laboratories of Arun Anantharam, Ronald Holz, and Daniel Axelrod at the University of Michigan. The projects will use advanced optical approaches (including Total-Internal Reflection Fluorescence and confocal microscopy) electrophysiology, and genetic mouse models to study the molecular mechanisms underlying vesicle trafficking in adrenal chromaffin cells.

Required Qualifications*

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. and have a strong background in cell and molecular biology.

Desired Qualifications*

Experience in using a computer programming language (Matlab) will be viewed as a plus.

Additional Information

Review of candidates will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.  The expected start date for this position is spring 2018.
