Responsibilities*

Assist in loading software and project data onto laptops, both on-site, and through remote connections.  Prepare equipment and materials for mailing.  Provide technical support at trainings.  Under direct supervision, respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users via telephone, email, or walk-in for help desk data collections systems and application support.  This includes problem recognition, research, isolation, and resulution steps.  Resolve basic problems while referring more complex issues to higher level staff.  This position involves transporting items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Required Qualifications*

Some college education with courses in mathematics or computer science and some knowledge of the operation and application of computers, software and network facilities.  Must posses a quality control mindset and have strong attention to detail.
