Process human resources transactions (job postings, hires, terminations, FMLA, etc) in wolverine system.
Department contact for payroll discrepancies for staff; process moving expenses, process tuition reimbursements, post staff/faculty positions, process staff re-classifications, process FMLA/leave of absences, process immigration procedures, assist with staff/faculty on-boarding/off-boarding. Run compliance reports.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of clerical or administrative support experience
- High degree of accuracy & initiative
- Experience working with confidential matters.
- Knowledge of university policies & procedures
- Working knowledge of Wolverine Access.
