The Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, invites applications for a Professor of Practice (Clinical Professor).
The department seeks applicants for a position with the following area of research emphasis:

  • ship design and construction, power systems and control systems design and development, marine engineering, and shipboard operations

Required Qualifications*

Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline. The successful candidate is expected to establish an independent research program and to contribute effectively to the department’s undergraduate and graduate teaching programs.
