The Michigan Medicine Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience Program (OCWR) is seeking candidates for the position of Receptionist.  The successful candidate will provide excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and customer service skills to clients and program support to administrative and professional staff of the Michigan Medicine OCWR.

This position reports directly to the Program Director and collaborates with professional staff within the office and between units within Michigan Medicine and the Ann Arbor campus.

Responsibilities*

Summary of Duties

Answer, screen and route phone calls, representing the Michigan Medicine OCWR to internal and external visitors and clients via phone and office reception.

Maintain appointment schedules for OCWR professional staff and schedule meetings as requested.

Triage, route and follow-up on highly confidential information from clients via phone, email, fax and office forms.

Perform general clerical duties and additional projects and duties, as assigned.
