Job Summary

To identify and develop new business opportunities and implement the sales and marketing in assigned markets; to achieve revenue growth and other targets through the development of High-Value Opportunities (HVOs) and working closely with the test centre network in your territory.  Manage recognition processes and ensure that activity is monitored appropriately and reported.


  • To implement Michigan’s agreed business development and marketing strategy in the region and ensure that annual sales targets by product, revenue and country are met
  • Manage recognition processes and ensure that targets are met and activity is monitored appropriately and reported
  • In collaboration with Marketing Supervisor, global teams devise campaign to build recognition with target US HEIs
  • Work with existing delivery network and develop a strategic distribution partnerships for the Michigan English Placement Test
  • Ensure appropriate analysis, reporting on sales activity, recognising organizations, revenue pipeline, and other business metrics are done via CRM and other channels
  • Work with Marketing Supervisor to ensure marketing collateral meets marketing requirements by analysing marketing analytics
  • Understand recognizing organizations requirements in order to offer an improved service to both candidates and recognizing organizations and gain on-going insights
  • Other contributions commensurate with level and experience as required (providing general administrative or project support)

Required Qualifications*

  • Minimum C2 level of English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong customer focused
  • Competency in standard IT software packages, e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creativity in bundling full solutions and addressing the markets needs that may differ from one country to another
  • Running marketing/sales campaigns
  • Managing education projects in the higher education, school, and corporate sector
  • Experience in working in the higher education, ESL or education market in both the private and governmental sector

  • Familiar with North American university community colleges admissions policy
  • Knowledge of recruitment agents modus operandi
