MUST BE A UM-FLINT STUDENT AND AWARDED WORK-STUDY FUNDING FOR 2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR.
Greet internal and external customers for the Financial Services & Budget and Procurement Offices, answer main phone lines and forward calls to appropriate person/department, distribute daily office mail to staff, copy, file, enter information into an Access database, send out campus reports and/or other correspondence through the University's campus mail system, and hand deliver mail to other UMF departments when necessary.
UM-Flint Work-study eligible students ONLY. Must have been awarded work-study funding for 2018-2019 academic year.

Available to work 5 - 20 hours per week during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Looking for a responsible and dependable UM-Flint student work-study student to cover the front office for the Financial Services & Budget and Procurement Offices. We will work with the work-study student and assign work time around their class schedule each semester. This position can be carried over to future terms as long as the student is enrolled at UM-Flint and is eligible for the work-study award.
