Job Description:
The Department of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of Michigan - Dearborn is seeking applications for part-time lecturer. The lecturer will be responsible for teaching Calculus III (Math 215),  Introduction to Linear Algebra (Math 227) and/or Discrete Mathematics Method for Computer Engineering (Math 276) in the Winter 2019 term based on the department curriculum needs.  Responsibilities include working with the course chair to create a course syllabus using the university required syllabi template and the department course outline for each course; delivering classroom lectures, maintaining appropriate number of office hours, making and grading exam/test papers and/or other required assignments.

Candidates must have at least a Master degree in Mathematics and at least three years of college teaching experience including experience of teaching Calculus III,  Linear Algebra and Discrete Mathematics.  Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics and/or a Master degree in Computer Science.
