How to Apply
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoc who is fluent in both cell biology experimentation and computational analyses. S/he will be engaged in characterizing single cell-level transcriptomic resposes to environmental stresses including DNA damage and nutritional stress in the context of cell culture and non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases.
Experimental set up for stress response assays and single cell transcriptome characterization assays including Drop-Seq and Seq-Well methodologies. Computational analyses of next-generation sequencing results.
- Candidates should have a Ph.D.
- Should be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
- Have good written and communication skills
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with some evenings and weekends.
