We are seeking a temporary part-time Account Clerk for 10 hours/week to perform moderately complex bookkeeping work; post and maintain ledger activity in QuickBooks.
Post and maintain ledger activity in QuickBooks; maintain financial records on gifts and grants; manage all accounts payable / accounts receivable functions; reconcile statements of activity and credit card activity; prepare monthly financial reports; assist in budget development as needed; and perform general clerical duties.
A high school diploma, supplemented by training in bookkeeping and accounting procedures and some responsible bookkeeping experience with demonstrated ability to perform data entry with accuracy is required.
Experience with QuickBooks and knowledge of non-profit accrual based accounting is preferred.
