This position is an integral part of a high performing and innovative team responsible for Analytics and Business Intelligence Domain within Information and Technology Services. It uses Enterprise Data Warehouse, Business Objects, M-Reports, Tableau, and other analytics tools to develop systems and solutions for a wide cross-section of executive leaders, faculty, and staff.
Key duties include: providing application administration and configuration for the Business Objects enterprise application; collaborate with Windows administrators to apply service packs, upgrades, and hot fixes; design, implement, and maintain application security; provide tier-3 support to users while ensuring processes are aligned with tactical and strategic objectives. Develop Software Development Kit Programs to connect Enterprise Business Objects through external applications using SAP Business Intelligence Platform RESTful web services. Develop report usage statistics using Auditing Database.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science + 5 years of experience in Business Objects administration.
