Primary responsibilities for this position may include collecting data from Corpus Christi area hospitals, interviewing stroke patients, and taking patient measurements. The candidate will also be responsible for entering data collected and scheduling assessments.
Candidates will be required to cross-train in other job duties.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, and strong oral and written communication skills are required. Medical chart experience, strong computer skills, and medical terminology are preferred. Weekend, evening, and early morning availability is necessary. High school graduation/equivalent and 1-3 years of experience is required.
Research experience and/or minimum of 2 years college preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to serve Spanish-speaking population.
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
