The University of Michigan-Flint Phyiscal Therapy Department is seeking temporary employment services of a Clerk B to work with faculty and staff.
This position will be from May 2019 thru December 2019.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
(1) Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.
(2) Under faculty supervision, modify and organize policy and procedure materials in support of reaccreditation process.
(3) Transcribe, edit, copy and collate documents.
(4) Organize and maintain files.
(5) Work effectively with other faculty and staff.
Current student in good academic standing at the University of Michigan-Flint. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and e-mail.
Good professional writing and communication skills.
Highly organized, reliable person with the ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner with appropriate supervision.
Must be available for up to 24 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (example: three days per week at eight hours per day) for ongoing, time sensitive support activities from May 2019 thru December 2019.
Previous experience with reformatting professional documents in MS Word.
Must flourish in an environment that is highly flexible, collaborative, and requires a high degree of self-motivation.
Experience preferred working in an office setting where candidate had to perform data file management with accreditation documents.
