Salary:  LEO Lecturer contractual amount of $ 4,937.50 per term at 25% effort per class section.

Job Description

The Department of Natural Sciences is seeking instructors for the following course during Fall Term 2019 (September-December): BIOL 304 (Ecology): Lecture section that meets MW from 8:00-9:15 am. Laboratory sections are separate.

Course description: Relationships between organisms and their environments. Patterns in the physical environment, physiological and behavioral adaptations, population dynamics, energy flow, nutrient cycling; succession. Three hours lecture, four hours laboratory (with field trips). 

Desired Qualifications*

Candidates should have expertise in the subject areas (ecology) and previous teaching experience. A master’s degree is required (Ph.D. strongly preferred).
