This position will be for redeployment if an eligible furloughed or reduced appointment regular staff member is available or temporary hire for RIF candidates. Preference will be given to regular UM staff on furlough or those who have moved to less than 100% appoinment due to lack of work.

      • This campaign element is essential to the management, tracking and optimization of every campaign and website we are trusted with.
  • Display Ad Marketing
    • Skill: Strategize, build, manage, optimize and report out on this marketing tactic.
      • Display messages are the billboards of the digital world except they’re shown based on a person’s demographics, interests and behaviors. These messages are shown across thousands of brand-safe websites and apps and are designed to raise awareness and increase the likelihood of a conversion later on. They are an essential marketing tactic for our recruitment strategies.
  • Paid Search Marketing
    • Skill: Strategize, build, manage, optimize and report out on this marketing tactic.
      • Prospective students are currently looking for degrees and programs via Google and this tactic is designed to grab their attention and bring them into recruitment funnels through very specific keyword strategies, budget optimizations and tracking.
  • Search Engine Optimization
    • Skills: Strategize, make back-end website changes and report out 
      • Search engine optimization is the process of optimizing websites to increase organic (un-paid) traffic from search engine results pages. This tactic is important for all websites and is a growing service at Michigan Creative.
Additional Duties as Assigned
  • Social Media Marketing
    • Skills: Strategize, build, manage, optimize and report out on this marketing tactic.
      • Paid social ads are utilized across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat and other social platforms. Through strategic targeting, ads are shown to target audiences in order to raise awareness, engage audiences and convert users.
  • Campaign Reporting
    • Skill: Manage and distill 100s of data points across multiple platforms, take the data and create visualizations and highlights for campus partners. 
      • Campaign reporting is essential for campus partners so they understand the campaign’s performance and can make informed decisions.

Additional Information

Position begins ASAP. Work is performed remotely. Work schedule is generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
