Job Summary

Looking for a student at UM-Dearborn to help with the creation of lecture recordings for three courses, PSYC/LING 375 Psychology of Language, PSYC 301 Infant Development and PSYC 335 Psychology of Bilingualism.  The assistant will watch the video recordings which will be created, and do any necessary editing. This recordings need to be checked for any problems (e.g., editing issues, sound cuts out, problems in sound quality, wrong PPT slide is shown, etc.)    The student will also check the automated captioning of the lectures, and will edit the captioning as needed.  The lectures will vary in length between 20 minutes and 60 minutes.  Each course has 20-30 lectures.  Lectures will created and the assistant may work on their own time, but typically deliver comments within 7 days of receiving recordings. $10/hr

Required Qualifications*

Ideally, the applicants will have taken PSYC 375 and either PSYC 302 or PSYC 301 with Prof. Sethuraman.
