The Cardiac Procedures Unit is currently seeking a fulltime Paramedic (Sheath Puller/Transporter) to join its established team. This position is located in the Cardiovascular Center.

Duties include but are not limited to: direct patient care including monitoring and removal of venous and arterial sheaths, transporting patients, vital signs, assisting patients in and out of bed, and answering call lights. Other duties include EKG's, Point of Care Testing, cleaning equipment, stocking of supplies, performing daily QA on testing equipment and emergency equipment.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Paramedic certification.
- Understands and demonstrates the core concepts of Patient and Family Centered Care (PFCC), including: Respect and Dignity, Information Sharing, Participation, and Collaboration.
1 – 2 years of EMT, Paramedic or MA experience
40 hours (4 10hr shifts), fulltime. Monday through Friday. Day/Evening, hours 10am-8pm.
