Attention University of Michigan-Dearborn Students: The College of Education, Health, and Human Services (CEHHS) seeks to hire a student to assist with research on English as a Second Language (ESL) education with data analysis. This work will occur for the remainder of the 2021 Winter semester and the 2021 Summer semester.
Work with data collected from children at the Early Childhood Education Center (2-5 years old).
Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills in education context.
Develop summary analysis, including tables and charts.
Analytical and statistical softwares include NVivo, SPSS, and Excel.
Assist in writing of observations, interviews, reporting, and articles.
Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills in education context and ability to develop summary analysis, including summary tables and charts.
Proficiency in the use of analytical and statistical softwares: NVivo, SPSS, and Excel.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Communication skills: oral & written.
