Urology Department Chair
The Department of Urology, Division Urologic Oncology is seeking a board eligible/certified
physician to provide General Urology care. This fulltime clinical position will be primarily based
out of the Ann Arbor vicinity with reassignment to alternative locations as clinical needs arise.
Scope of surgical practice will be determined based on the applicant’s training/experience and
departmental oversight. Additional duties include research and teaching. This position will start
July 1, 2021 and end June 30, 2023 with no extension.
The ideal candidate should have an MD degree, postgraduate clinical training, and have
experience and be board eligible/certified in Urology. The successful candidate will hold or have
the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the State of Michigan. The candidate
must have excellent clinical skills and the knowledge base needed to work independently.
Evidence of clinical competence and didactic teaching is expected.
