Food preparation for University of Michigan Camp Davis research facility in Wyoming. Daily activities include measure, weigh, and combine ingredients for quality preparation for soups, meats, vegetable, and gravies according to recipes; need to be able to maintain a kitchen crew for the faculty and students that attend Camp Davis for the educational and search experience. This position is responsible for ensuring that all Covid-19 protocols are implemented, followed and maintained by all kitchen staff and crew.
Previous experience in food preparation and operations required.
Oversight of kitchen crew desired.
