Food preparation for University of Michigan Camp Davis research facility in Wyoming. Daily activities include portion and serve food; operate mixing machines, toasters, and choppers; prepare salads, cereals, and sandwiches; operate a soda fountain; trim and slice meats and vegetables; operate dishwashers; and receive and store supplies. This position will be support to the main cooking staff as well as maintain dining area. The person is responsible for following and adhering to all Covid-19 protocols set forth by the University and the Kitchen Manager.
Previous experience in food service desired.
