Act as a facilitator with student issues, concerns & registration using available technology.
Assist faculty, staff and students at the front counter and on the phones using various software.
Process National Student Clearinghouse verification inquiries.
Support the University Appeal Committee: Review, gather documents, respond to petitions with University Appeal Committee decisions. Troubleshoot and respond to questions and concerns.
Registrar intranet and website maintenance.
Maintain procedures manual for front counter area.
Process subpoena requests; coordinate information gathering from multiple departments when necessary.
Image Now scanning and second verification of scanned documents.
Assist with Reverse Transfer communication and requests.
Assist in completing department verification forms.
Process and mail transcripts for K-12 partners each semester.
Assist with the verification of old student records (NV holds). Gather old documents and prepare them for the Evaluators to verify and enter data.
Assist with software upgrades as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Participate and attend Commencement ceremonies twice per year.

High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 years of relevant office experience.
Demonstrated computer skills with experience in database systems, website maintenance, imaging and Google products.
Demonstrated strong customer service skills, adaptability to change, detail-oriented with good proof-reading skills.
Demonstrated strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to see patterns and identify issues that need resolving.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with a team and independently as needed.
Knowledge of university policies and procedures.
