The Human Resource office is seeking an additional Front Desk Receptionist for the summer and fall semesters.
Primary duties will be to assist at the front desk and provide support to the Human Resources (HR) staff.
The HR office requires someone who is reliable/dependable, personable/courteous, self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
Represent UM-Flint as a student professional.
This position performs routine clerical and reception work that includes greeting and assisting customers in a courteous manner; answer incoming calls; receiving and sending campus/public mail; receiving and sending general correspondence for the office when directed; assisting customers in applying online for positions at the University; handling and routing sensitive and confidential documents; assisting in the processing of employee name tag requests; inputting data into excel spreadsheets, filing, copying and shredding documents as requested; providing support to the Human Resources (HR) staff, performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned and completing special projects as assigned.
Must be a current UM-Flint student.
Work study preferred but not required.

This position is part-time.
Summer Hours: M-Th 10-15 hrs/wk
Fall Hours: M-Th 25-30 hrs/wk
