To provide a broad range of professional/administrative support to the Frankel CVC Clinic/Call Center staff, including assisting the collaborative programs within the FCVC Outpatient Clinic. Support includes oversight of all payroll, postings and HR communications; support for multidisciplinary clinics include: scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, recording minutes; processing payroll, other duties as assigned. Provide backup project support to administrative manager.

Manage purchases within budgetary guidelines.

Direct supervision is received from Administrative Manager of the Frankel CVC Clinic.
High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience (4+years) is necessary.
This position requires moderate standing/walking, as well as lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring of patients.

Bachelor’s degree in a health related field, Business Administration or other related field.
Experience working within a large, complex health care setting.
Familiarity with UMHS electronic systems.
Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
